How to Reset MUELE Password

Step 1: Go to MUELE
Step 2: Click "Forgotten your username or password"
Step 3: Enter either your MUELE username or University email address in the provided field and click “Search”
Step 4: Login to your webmail account and find the password reset link. Copy the link and open it in your web browser
Step 5: Create a new password following the format displayed and click “Save changes”
At the end of this step, your new password has been saved and you can login to your account using the new credentials.
