How To Pay University Fees via mobile Money

You can pay University fees using Mobile Money on Airtel and MTN
Networks through the following steps.
  1. Dial *272*6# and select Get reference Number Option
  2. Provide your student Number i.e.20018001567 and follow the procedures.
  3. After generating Payment Reference Number (REF No), then
  4. Dial *272*6# again and select Mobile Payment Option
  5. Enter Reference No starting with the text "REF", followed by space, then REF No. i.e. 2210001159440
  6. Verify the details to ensure your student number, amount to be paid and names appear
  7. Select Continue and wait for mobile money prompt on your phone
  8. If prompt appears, enter your PIN (Mobile Money PIN) and proceed to pay
  9. If prompt does not appear but you get an approval request message, please follow the procedures to complete the transaction.
  10. After transaction is successful, please login to your student portal and check transactions to see the payment.
NB: Mobile Money Charges (1,500/-) per transaction are not part from the University Fees.
Alternatively;
  • You can login to the student’s portal account i.e. https://student.mak.ac.ug
  • Generate Reference Number and choose option for pay Via mobile Money on
Zeepay Payment Advice Slip.

Sending Electronic Admission letters to Successful Applicants
  1. Login to staff account i.e. https://aims.mak.ac.ug
  2. Open Admissions App
  3. Click on Admitted tab, then select the academic year, Scheme Name and Intake then LOAD.
  4. Summary of applicants per programs will display
