How To Recover Password For A Staff Web mail Account.

Dear staff,
It is understandable that as we are in the migration phase, forgetting password can happen to anyone. You can now change or recover your password on your own without the help of DICTS.
If you remember while doing migration, one of the key requirements was an alternative email (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo. etc.) and it is this email that receives a token that is used to verify that it is you and enable you to recover or even change your password.
Just in case you have forgotten password, please visit the portal sso.mak.ac.ug, click “Staff Account” then click the third option which is “Change/Recover Password”.
The power to change password is now in your hands, it doesn’t have to be done by DICTS or the college system administrator anymore.
