How To Download Your Admission Letter From The Application Portal

Dear Admitted Students,
Inorder to for your to be able to download your Admission Letter.
Follow the steps below.
Step 1 - Log into the admission portal https://apply.mak.ac.ug
Step 2 When logged in, Locate Admission History. This is on the left pane under your profile.
Step 3: You will see a blue button DOWNLOAD PROVISIONAL LETTER Click it and a new tab will open with your Provisional Letter.
Step 4: Your Provional Letter will look like the picture below. It has your key details name, registration number, student number, Gender, Hall, etc.
After you have finished.
Your can get the letter downloaded in a preferred location in your computer or you could print it after clicking the print form button, it does open in another window.
Keynote: If you admission letter is not appearing in your application portal or you are getting an error, not yet generated, please contact the Academic Registrar's office room 307 in Senate Building, it will be generated for you. You can also send the Academic Registrar's office a tweet or direct message via their Twitter Account @MakerereAR.
Note:
- Ensure that you Log out after downloading
- Do not save your password or a browser
- For any inquiry log a ticket via https://support.mak.ac.ug
