Don't Open Email About A Celebrity like [Micheal Jackson, Raila Odinga etc]

Many times, people get emails about an I.T admin asking for their details to change something because this or that has gone down. However In Makerere DICTS doesn't send out emails asking for user name and password. There has to be vigilance on every user's side, If something feels unclear, always contacts DICTS using helpme@dicts.mak.ac.ug and you will be helped by a DICTS. 

When a major news event happens, cyber criminals send email with a subject line related to the event and include an attachment that is malware to infect your computer and make it part of a botnet for sending SPAM and conducting other illegal activities.
