Accessing your Mak-Payslips

Dear Staff,
To register for payslip services,please send your IPPSNo (public service number) and email address to payslips@dicts.mak.ac.ug. Payslips will be automatically emailed to registered users latest mid the following month.
To view payslips of previous months,please log into http://payslips.mak.ac.ug/ with your Mak-email address and password.Users can now view their salary deductions over a specified range of months under the "View Your
Deductions" tab.This will enable users to know whether the right amounts were deducted and follow up with the salaries department in case any discrepancies in salary are seen.
Please note that DICTS only uses the ICT platform to automate the payslips to Mak-staff,we (DICTS) are NOT in position to change anything on the payslips received from public service since this is not our mandate.Should your payslips show the wrong salary and/or designation,please go the salaries department at the main building for help.
Some users are also experiencing difficulty in viewing the payslips.Please see attachment for instructions to view payslips.
