Legacy System Access Form

Dear Staff,
As part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen the security of our legacy results management systems, we are updating access controls in line with current data protection and information security standards.
As a result, all existing user accounts on the legacy systems will be deactivated on 19th August 2026. Staff who require continued access will need to complete a new access request form to be issued with updated credentials.
What you need to do:
- Complete the access request form. Submit it to Dr. Mike Barongo at Senate Building Room 215. A digital copy can be sent to ar.support@mak.ac.ug for processing.
- New credentials will be issued once your request is reviewed and approved.
This exercise helps ensure that only current, authorized staff retain access to these systems.
