3. Change your internet security and privacy levels from high to medium Go to Control Panel > Internet Options. Select the Security tab and set Medium level.
4. If your using google chrome.. disable Chrome QUIC Protocol chrome://flags/#enable-quic
Select Disabled in the dropdown list and then restart the Google Chrome browser.
