How To Apply for Student Residence Accomodation Online

The office of the Dean of Students and DICTS have automated the service for hall application. This service will be done online.
The guildline for this process is as follows:
1. Navigate to https://myportal.mak.ac.ug
2. Login using your student/reg number and password.
3. Click "Services" On the side menu.
4. Under "Services" on the Side Menu Click on "Apply For Services".
5. A list of Services will be displayed and Click “APPLY FOR ACCOMMODATION”.
6. Carefully Read and understand the Form and Fill in the Necessary fields in the Room Application Form.
7. At the Bottom of the Room Application select the Responsibilities you Held at the University Ranging for Leadership, sports etc and attach "Required Attachments” where Applicable
8. Finally validate your Form and "SUBMIT APPLICATION" the Application form and wait for approval.
